Insurance & Billing

Making quality speech therapy accessible and affordable

In-Network Insurance Providers

We are proud to be in-network with the following insurance providers, making our services more accessible and affordable for you and your family:

Blue Cross Blue Shield
Aetna
Cigna

Please note: Insurance coverage varies by plan. We strongly encourage you to contact us to verify your specific benefits, deductibles, and co-payment requirements before your first appointment.

How Insurance Billing Works

1

Verification

Before your first session, we'll verify your insurance benefits and provide you with an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs, including deductibles and co-pays.

2

Billing

We bill your insurance company directly for all services. You'll only be responsible for your co-payment or deductible amount at the time of service.

3

Communication

We keep you informed throughout the process and will contact you if there are any questions about your coverage or benefits.

Out-of-Network & Self-Pay

If your insurance provider is not listed above, you may still be able to receive reimbursement for out-of-network services. We're happy to provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Self-pay rates are available for those without insurance coverage or who prefer not to use their insurance. Please contact us for current pricing information.

What to Bring to Your First Visit

  • Your current insurance card (both front and back)
  • Photo identification (driver's license or state ID)
  • Any relevant medical records or physician referrals
  • List of current medications (if applicable)

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • HSA/FSA Cards

Payment for co-pays and deductibles is due at the time of service. For self-pay clients, payment is expected at the end of each session.
